  • Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your proposal or invoice.

  • Projects typically require an upfront deposit (usually 50%) before work begins.

  • Delayed payments may result in paused or terminated service delivery.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • We retain ownership of all concepts, drafts, and materials until full payment is received.

  • Upon final payment, intellectual property rights for completed and delivered work will be transferred to the client.

  • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Failure to do so may affect project timelines or quality of delivery.

  1. Revisions & Edits

  • Projects typically include a set number of revision rounds, outlined in the proposal.

  • Additional revisions may be billed separately.

  1. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared with us will remain private and secure unless otherwise required by law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Odyssey Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. Cancellation & Termination

  • Either party may terminate the project with written notice.

  • If the client terminates before completion, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We may use third-party services or platforms (e.g., CMS, hosting, plugins). Odyssey Digital is not responsible for their availability, updates, or downtime.
